Buckinghamshire’s creative sector is world renowned and Bucks LEP has been integral in its growth and development over the past decade. We were therefore delighted when Prime Minister Rishi Sunak visited the iconic Bucks sites of Pinewood Studios and the National Film and Television School last month, to see first-hand the flourishing creative sector in the county. Bucks LEP has helped underpin Buckinghamshire’s global position in creative industries with investment in the 4k digital technology & The National Centre for Immersive Storytelling at the BAFTA winning National Film and Television School and Bucks Creates skills programme at Pinewood to strengthen and build Buckinghamshire’s creative sector. Most recently, Bucks LEP was a core partner in helping Royal Holloway University secure the national CoSTAR production lab at Pinewood.
